Weird it rallied on the news. Maybe a Hertz 2.0??

All or nothing now.

Education is expensive. But I made back the losses and some with BB.

Would love to see Jim follow up this as a case study and continue to track it. Till the end.

It still going up today LOL. Bankruptcy not usually a buy signal

GTTN was a trap. I’ve seen some sentiment that the shorts are in trouble here but I’m not buying it and would need convincing since this is the first time I’ve held a bankruptcy stock before. Pretty ■■■■ call.

It’s all in here. GTT has confirmed they are NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS NO BK

Bankruptcy doesn’t mean goin out of business. The type of bankruptcy they said they were going through suggested that they’d stay in business in some form. We just don’t know what things will look like on the other side.

Very obvious this if you have looked and I would expect you have. However, have you ever noticed when a companys stock has been in a Bear Market for years and you look back and see the price plummet from hundreds of pounds down to a few cents over the course of years? That few cents is normally the all time low. then when time has past and price clears the primary resistance line, you will normally see a break out to the upside. Momentum now turns to the bulls, as the initial spike in price is normally due to shorts covering their positions. However, you will also get a massive spike in the price if there is a positive catalyst. I agree this is good news for GTTN and the shorts have now made their money and they will be wanting to get out as soon as possible (keep an eye on the primary trendline) that will get broken through this month. Good things are coming for the stock price of GTTN, you just need to HODL. Seriously guys, when this takes off it will take off, trust me. When the shorters start buying back their positions and price starts to rise, the good news of GTTN finally sorting there ■■■■ out and IMO the biggest thing is they only have 56.36M of outstanding shares, which is complately cock all (as share dilution can keep the price low). Once these shares start getting snapped up we go FULL BULL!! Watch this play out as described above, I have seen these scenarios before. It’s the low number of outstanding shares that is key here.

I will add we are not out of the woods yet, but it will come.

GTTN is up 6% today…

Here’s the latest on GTT. Key is how much they are valuing the company and what the warrants are worth. JIM ANY COMMENTS???

GTT valuation will be $2.8B according to SEC 8K filing. Just need to find out what the warrants are worth

Add how? Who’s letting you buy?

Also, I wonder if the warrants will allow us to purchase shares or if the warrants will actually have a monetary value? My first bankrupt stock here and not sure what to think.

In addition, information related to the restructuring is available at http://cases I called the 877 329 1803…after a brief recorded message, a live human picks up and he explained general direction…I didn’t press on specifics, not sure how detailed he can be.with timelines, details on warrants etc…but worth a call…

Email to Charlie Lucas VP Finance at GTT this am. I will keep group posted on response.

pure filth and manipulation.

Bought $10,000 more yesterday and buying $10k more today. If institutions buying. If insiders buying. I’m buying. If institutions NOT selling and insiders NOT selling. I’m NOT SELLING!
