My BAM subscription got canceled - anyone else?

Last week I received an email from both BAM and PayPal that BAM canceled my monthly subscription (payments). I logged a ticket and Brock responded that he didn’t see any reason or show any canceled payments from me. This week I tried to log in and finally the site is asking me to sign up for a new account - meaning my old login doesn’t work anymore and my original membership was canceled. I’m waiting for a response to my 2nd Helpdesk ticket to see if they can reinstate it so I can get the discount.

Curious if this has happened to anyone else. Of course I was always in it for Anemoi and I’m waiting patiently, but I miss the BAM model insights, even if just for guidance or FYI. At this point there is so much market manipulation that algos can mess with the best models or indicators.

I’m back as an active member. Apparently I had clicked the Pause or Cancel button under My Account/Subscriptions. But honestly I’ve never seen that [tab] before. I gave Brock/HD feedback that they should add a pop-up message asking the user “Are you sure” before a cancelation or pause. I’m 100% I couldn’t have clicked that option, especially since I didn’t even realize it was there until today. Anyway, happy to be back live and ready for that ANEMOI launch!! Let’s go, BAM!
