Boy, what a bunch of mumbo jumbo legalese on these new documents. The way I read it, it says you have no voting rights, but you can opt-in to voluntarily release all claims and interests, so why would anyone do that. The relevant section you are opting into is 8.3, which is in ALL CAPS…why they gotta shout???

Response from Charlie Lucas at GTT. No action is required. Warrants issued automatically. I’m not doing anything and not opting in to release any claims shareholder make take. JUST DO NOTHING!!

Yes, thank you very much for sharing that info!

Just received my release form package last Wed (24th) leaving me with less than a week, which also contained a holiday, to find out if I had to submit the release to be eligible to receive the warrants.

Tried unsuccessfully to reach the prime clerk and debtors counsel (Akin…) on Wed and Fri. If it would have needed to be sent, today was the last day I had to find out to be sure I could get an overnight letter to them in time (Dec 1 5pm EST).
