I received an electronic one. Is it the same as attached? I read it over a couple of times. Best I can figure it has to do with securities filings right around the time it got moved to the pink sheets. What I can’t figure out is if opting in to collect a payout disqualifies you from any potential payout from the bankruptcy proceedings.

Curious to hear what everyone is doing regarding this settlement. Does this mean that if we opt into the settlement we can’t get the warrants?

I ended up calling the phone number listed on the settlement card. The person I spoke with said that we would receive the warrants even if we also opt into the settlement.

I hope you’re able to recoup a good chunk of what you’ve lost. I’m only out $1300 and it stings pretty bad.

Still nothing… settlements take forever to pay out

I just read the full 95 pages regarding the settlement claim for those who submitted a claim. July 2021 purchases receive .04 share.
June 2021 purchases and before receive .99 share if still holding position. Still waiting since February!! I still hold 15000 worthless shares.
